Access:
Penny had access via road from Upper Fraser off HWY 16th east of Prince George (will need ask the owners for code/key for gate, and will be provided at their discression), about 2 hours travel time. There is cell service in the community but no landlines or power. There is also access by privately maintained road off east of Longworth via the east line road about 97km from Prince George. The community is also serviced by VIA-Rail every two times a week. The roads in Penny are maintained yearly by YRB
